Shallow Fry

Pre-heat little oil in a frying pan. Remove required quantity. Place in frying pan and turn occasionally, for 4-6 minutes. Reduce heat if necessary.

Oven

Pre-heat oven at 220°C. Remove required quantity from packaging. Place in a single layer onto a pre-heated baking tray near the top of the oven for 18 minutes. Turn once half way through cooking time.

Grill

Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Remove required amount from packaging and place onto the rack of a grill pan. Turning occasionally for 10 minutes. Reduce heat if necessary.
