I realise that a healthy mind with a healthy body is essential to my progress. I also aspire to have an overall transformation by instilling the practice of 3 breathing exercises daily for 7 minutes. I, therefore, take the pledge to solemnly devote myself and 7 minutes of my daily life to the world of health and well-being.
